I’ve chosen to share a selection of challenging yet rewarding retouching projects. With over 30 years of experience in image retouching, I’ve worked across nearly every type of assignment – some more demanding than others, but all equally satisfying.
Social First Beauty Campaign
This project was one I was asked to assist with by a friend who was collaborating with a photographer. Dust, scratches, blown highlights, and other imperfections pushed it to its limits – but it proved to be an incredibly rewarding and enjoyable challenge to work on.
This image retouch visual was created for a pre-launch meeting for the new Novo Nordisk triathlon team that was being formed, to show the client how there cycle kit could look in real life. It was created around 2012 so its pretty old, but to this day is still one of the most challengeing images I have ever worked on and if you know about retouching and photoshop back then, you will understand why I would showcase this image.
